Fees/BOOKINGS

• All fees must be paid for in advance.

• Trial class option is available to new families who wish to trial a class before enrolling in a term. Each child is permitted a maximum of 1x trial class per program.

Refund Policy

• Please be advised that Sporty Kids Australia does not refund or provide credit for any missed classes. All positions (excluding Baby Active Program) are paid for by the term in your regular class time and missed classes are forfeited.

• In some programs, a make-up session may be available ONLY for absences that were recorded in advance via the Customer Portal. Please refer to the Make-Up Policy before submitting any requests. All absences and make-up requests must be submitted via the Customer Portal.

• If you cancel before the program start date, you may apply your registration and term fees to a future program.
